Penn’s Peak Welcomes Back Bruce in the U.S.A.

For the die hard Bruce Springsteen fan, this is one show you will not want to miss! Born on the Las Vegas strip in 2004, Bruce in The USA debuted at the Aladdin Hotel and Casino’s “V Theatre.” The band, which is led by Matt Ryan from the World Famous “Legends in Concert,” is a note perfect and visually accurate recreation of Bruce Springsteen and the E. Street Band. Matt can portray “The Boss” like no one else, and considering his amazing likeness to the real Bruce Springsteen, this show is a must see. The fans say that not only does Matt look like Bruce, but he sounds just like him too. As for the E. Street Band members, they were all hand picked from some of the West Coast’s most acclaimed musicians. The combination of Matt Ryan and the remaining members of Bruce in The USA prove how they became the World’s #1 Tribute to the real Bruce Springsteen and the E. Street Band. Clarence Clemons himself even joined the band on stage one night claiming that the show was the greatest tribute he has ever seen… but Bruce In The USA is more than just another tribute band, come see for yourself!

Willy Porter at Mauch Chunk Opera House

Anyone who has ever picked up a guitar and been humbled by its complexity or marveled at its potential will appreciate the experience of seeing Willy Porter perform live. Though he’s shared stages with music icons Paul Simon, Sting, Jeff Beck, Ian Anderson, and Tori Amos, he particularly excels in intimate settings such as the Opera House, where his extraordinary capabilities as a guitarist and vocalist truly shine.

His fresh cross-pollination of styles, genres and musical forms range from Woody Guthrie lyrically, to Michael Hedges and Radio Head stylistically. Fingers blazing across a fret board saddled with partial capos, odd tunings merging with soul-soaked vocals are the combinations of Willy Porter’s world of sound where audiences orbit in awe.

“Thank God he doesn’t play the flute!” – Ian Anderson

“[Willy Porter] can captivate an audience as completely as can an entire rock band.” – Washington Times
